Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $49 within the United States. Shipping rates are non-negotiable and are calculated based on the total weight of your package and the specified service method.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) for all continental US orders, with delivery times varying depending on your location.
Expedited shipping options may also be available for an additional fee.
Outside the continental US, shipping times will be longer and there will be extra shipping charges incurred.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
What are the shipping holidays and cutoff times?
Our fulfillment house is closed on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day. Orders received before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Do you offer subscription shipping options?
Yes, we offer auto-ship products and subscription options on a monthly, 2-month, 3-month, or 4-month basis, with a subscribe and save discount of 10%.
