John Parrott

John's early belief in limitless possibilities, instilled by his mother, propelled him through a dynamic career in promotions and media placement. After a decade in strategic promotions, he transitioned to international media, focusing on fashion and cosmetics. Eager to push his creative boundaries, he founded a marketing company before embarking on a transformative journey in the Health and Beauty Industry, culminating in the creation of T180 Professional® under JRP Global Health & Beauty™

Scott, a Mathematics graduate with minors in Economics and Physics, boasts a diverse career. He's navigated start-ups and spent 15 years as Director of Food & Beverage for the world's largest movie exhibition chain. With a focus on innovative platforms and sales strategies, he excels in project management. His expertise extends to corporate training, recruitment, and brief stints in procurement and design/construction.

Fernando, a master civil engineer, began his career as a mechanical technology professor in Brazil. He then transitioned to various roles in the paper and pulp industry before immigrating to the United States. With experience in real estate and sales, he excels in operations, logistics, and project management. Fernando's expertise extends to developing customized platforms, particularly in the health and beauty sector.

Andreas, with over 20 years in marketing and business development, prioritizes exceeding client expectations and attention to detail. Graduating from Eastern Connecticut State University, he specializes in brand-specific strategic partnerships. Outside work, he enjoys family time and various hobbies like music, golf, camping, fishing, and beach outings, fueled by his passion for sports.

Maria, a seasoned cosmetologist with 27 years of experience, holds a New York State License, specializing in hair color, cutting, and makeup applications for all ages. She's certified in various techniques including Xtreme lash and airbrush makeup. Maria played a key role in launching the T180 PROFESSIONAL® Keratin Smoothing Treatment. Passionate about her craft, she pursues continuous education to enhance her skills and loves sharing her expertise with others.

Corey's passion for cosmetology blossomed during high school, leading her to pursue formal training at the Salon Professional Academy. With over a decade of experience, she's thrived as both a commission-based hairdresser and a successful business owner. Corey's expertise extends to being a certified L’Oréal Professional Expert and Socap Fusion Hair Extensions specialist. She's been an integral part of the T180® Professional Product Line for over 5 years, continually inspiring those around her with her skills and dedication.

Carlos Antônio Nascimento de Lima, hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, brings over 25 years of expertise in the beauty and cosmetology industry. Licensed by the Cosmetology License Board of Florida and a member of the Professional Beauty Association, he's renowned for his charm and talent. With training from prestigious institutions worldwide, including REDKEN 5th Avenue and Llongueras Spain, Carlos has served as an Educational Director and now owns The Hair Place in Orlando, Florida. We're thrilled to collaborate with such a consummate professional.

Valeeta "Dee" Macheda, an advocate for education, research, and animal welfare, prioritizes passing knowledge on to others. With degrees in Speech & Drama and Education, her passion for animals dates back to her childhood, marked by rescuing and advocating for them. Her research led her to adopt a meat-free diet and support companies that align with her values. She believes in the importance of purity in products and ethical treatment of animals as reflections of both individuals and society.

Logan Pistello

Logan Pistello has a passion for film & television and has always dreamed of becoming a Director. He started his career in video production, creating creative commercials for clients. After five years in the commercial world, he decided to take the leap and start working on feature films. He landed in the grip department and has excelled quickly through the ranks. When he is not on a demanding feature film schedule, he still creates media for small businesses and causes he’s passionate about it. He loves collaborating with others creatively and making the most of every moment with his two boys and wife.
